Downtown Simpsonville already offers great local dining, and if you have not stopped by the Ice Cream Station yet, that needs to be your first order of business when you visit! While the overall area is very much a modern suburb, it has a warmth and community spirit that makes it feel like so much more than just a place to live.

If you are looking for a traditional neighborhood setting, Simpsonville is likely your best bet. The housing market in Travelers Rest is tighter and often more competitive than Simpsonville. The Honest Trade-Offs
